We provide two options: the Verifone T650p mobile device for on-the-go payments and the Verifone M440 countertop device for fixed locations like the pro shop or restaurant. These devices connect directly with our POS, tee sheet, and food and beverage modules, ensuring that every transaction is secure, accurate, and automatically recorded in your system. Hardware must be purchased directly from Fairway Control so we can configure it properly and guarantee a seamless payment experience across your operations.
Your subscription is billed automatically each month using the credit card you have on file. This ensures uninterrupted access to Fairway Control and eliminates the need to manually pay invoices. You’ll receive an email confirmation each time your card is charged.
Yes. Annual billing is available and can save your club money compared to month-to-month service. Simply contact our team, and we can switch your account to yearly billing with a single upfront payment for the full term.
Yes. Our onboarding team manages the entire data migration process for you, so you don’t have to worry about technical details. As long as your information is stored in a supported format (.csv, .xls, or .xlsx), we can securely transfer everything into Fairway Control. This includes member records, tee sheet data, billing details, and more.
