This flexible approach means you can start with confidence, scale as you grow, and always have the freedom to make the best decision for your club without worrying about hidden obligations or cancellation penalties.
Do We Need Hardware to Process Payments With Fairway Control?
Yes. To process in-person payments, Fairway Control requires our certified payment hardware, which is programmed and integrated specifically for your account. We provide two options: the Verifone T650p mobile device for on-the-go payments and the Verifone M440 countertop device for fixed locations like the pro shop or restaurant. These devices connect directly with our POS, tee sheet, and food and beverage modules, ensuring that every transaction is secure, accurate, and automatically recorded in your system. Hardware must be purchased directly from Fairway Control so we can configure it properly and guarantee a seamless payment experience across your operations.
How Are Payments Processed for Our Subscription?
Your subscription is billed automatically each month using the credit card you have on file. This ensures uninterrupted access to Fairway Control and eliminates the need to manually pay invoices. You’ll receive an email confirmation each time your card is charged.
Can We Receive a Yearly Plan Instead of Monthly Billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available and can save your club money compared to month-to-month service. Simply contact our team, and we can switch your account to yearly billing with a single upfront payment for the full term.

Can We Migrate Our Existing Data Into Fairway Control?
Yes. Our onboarding team manages the entire data migration process for you, so you don’t have to worry about technical details. As long as your information is stored in a supported format (.csv, .xls, or .xlsx), we can securely transfer everything into Fairway Control. This includes member records, tee sheet data, billing details, and more. We ensure your data is mapped correctly and tested thoroughly so your team can pick up right where you left off with no disruptions to daily operations.
Is Training and Ongoing Support Included?
Yes. Every new customer receives full onboarding and guided training designed to get your staff comfortable with the system quickly. After onboarding, you’ll continue to receive unlimited support at no extra cost. How Long Does the Onboarding Process Take?
